What this site is
The Monkey's Box builds complete sovereign AI systems: the machines, the models and the whole autonomous software stack, specified, assembled and delivered to you. It runs on hardware you own, in a building you control, with nothing leaving your walls. Handed over, not rented, and not metered.
Systems are sold by private consultation rather than from a cart, because each one is specified against what the buyer actually needs to run. The site also publishes our working notes on local versus cloud inference, cost, privacy and how a build is specified.
Who operates it

How our content is produced
Our written material comes from building and operating these systems. Where we give a figure for cost or performance we say what it was measured on, because a benchmark without its hardware is a number without a meaning.
If you find something inaccurate, tell us and we will correct it rather than quietly leave it standing.
